1. Warranty Coverage

- Step 2: Our team will review your claim. If the issue falls within warranty coverage, we will provide one of the following options:

- Replacement: We will replace the item with the same or a comparable model if the original item is no longer available.
- Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
- Step 3: If a return is required, we will guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs for warranty-covered claims are covered by Gift Topix.
3. Repair or Replacement Details
- Repair: For repairable items, we will arrange repairs at no additional cost.
- Replacement: If repair is not an option, we will replace your product with the same model. If the model is discontinued, a comparable alternative will be offered.
4. Warranty Limitations
- Third-Party Products: Products manufactured by third parties may be covered by their own warranties. Please refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty for details.
- Disclaimer: This warranty is the sole remedy for defects in our products. Gift Topix disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
